Our Service Department caters for all makes and models.

For E-Bike diagnostic services we are able to work on Bosch and Shimano platforms.
Service Level 1
Our basic service. Recommended after 50hrs of ridetime.

Wipe down frame, fork, wheels, and components.

Check & adjust tire pressure

Wheel balancing (on bike)
-
Drivetrain clean & lube (on bike)

Check & adjust frame and wheel bearings
-
Check & adjust shifting systems
-
Check and adjust braking systems
-
Trek Multi-point Inspection report given upon completion.
Service Level 2
Our premium service. Recommended after 100hrs of ridetime.

Includes everything in our Service Level 1 package but with the following additions;

Performance bike wash and frame detailing
-
Removal of the drivetrain for deep clean (Ultrasonic stage 1)

Drivetrain deep lube bath (Ultrasonic stage 2)

Wheel balancing on jig
-
Trek Multi-point Inspection report given upon completion.
Service Level 3
A complete rebuild of the bike from the ground up. Recommended after 200+hrs of ridetime.

Includes everything in our Level 1 and 2 packages with the following additions;

Swingarm service for full suspension MTB's.*

New shift/brake inner wire and housing lines (non hydro)
-
New bar tape (if applicable)
-
Hydro brake oil flush & renew.**
